Coronavirus gives SA an opportunity to make bold political decisions and effect the structural reforms we have been talking about


The covid-19 crisis has hit South Africa with its economy in a bad state, meaning the state does not have the resources to stimulate the economy as it did when the global financial crisis hit in 2007, says BLSA CEO Busi Mavuso in an interview on SAFM. What the country can do is use this crisis as an opportunity to implement the structural reforms necessary to put SA on a sustainable growth path over the long term.
