Lockdown may have put the brakes on everything, but BLSA members have kept the wheels moving by providing support where it’s needed most.

What moves our economy forward? Lockdown may have put the brakes on everything. Here’s what our members have done during the difficult times to keep the South Africa moving.

Private and subsidized transport has been procured for factory staff to provide a safety-controlled commute to and from work.

A leading transport app delivered chronic medication to vulnerable patients, as well as assisting with the delivery and collection of medical equipment and food parcels. drivers and couriers received food vouchers.
